Mitanova is a trade name (DBA) of Atlas Independent Holdings LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of Delaware.

By accessing our website or purchasing any product, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products.

By placing an order, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

Our products are dietary supplements intended for general wellness purposes only.

Statements on this website have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

4. Assumption of Risk

By purchasing or using our products, you acknowledge that dietary supplements may affect individuals differently.

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use or misuse of our products, including allergic reactions, sensitivities, health outcomes, or unintended effects.

You are solely responsible for determining whether any product is appropriate for your health.

5. Orders & Refusal of Service

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to:

refuse or cancel orders
limit quantities
verify payment or identity
suspend or terminate accounts
refuse service

Including for:

suspected fraud
excessive refunds
repeated chargebacks
policy abuse
harassment
unauthorized resale

Orders are not final until shipped.


6. Pricing & Payments

All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

You authorize us to charge your payment method for all purchases, including subscriptions, taxes, shipping, and fees.

Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Shopify, Recharge). We are not responsible for processor errors or outages.


7. Subscriptions & Automatic Billing (IMPORTANT)

Certain products are offered on a recurring subscription basis.

By enrolling, you expressly authorize recurring charges.

Billing Schedule

Initial shipment is sent at checkout
First recurring charge occurs 30 days after your initial purchase
Thereafter, charges occur automatically every 30 days unless canceled

Charges may occur automatically without additional approval each cycle.


8. Cancellation

You may cancel anytime by:

your account dashboard, or
emailing support@mitanova.com

Cancellation must be submitted at least 24 hours before the next billing date.

Late cancellations may result in the upcoming order processing.


9. Subscription Refunds

Because fulfillment begins immediately upon billing:

processed renewals are generally non-refundable
exceptions may be granted at our discretion

You agree to contact us before initiating any chargeback or dispute.


10. Returns & 60-Day Satisfaction Policy

We offer a 60-day satisfaction window from delivery.

Return authorization is required.

If approved:

customer pays return shipping
restocking fees may apply
original shipping is non-refundable
products may be inspected

Refunds may be denied for:

abuse of policy
repeated refund behavior
suspicious or unusually large orders
expired windows
international/high-risk shipments

Nothing limits rights required by law.


11. Shipping

Orders are fulfilled through domestic and international fulfillment partners.

Processing & Delivery Estimates

Orders typically process within approximately 2–5 business days.

Most deliveries arrive within approximately 7–15 business days after shipment.

These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier operations, customs processing, location, seasonal demand, or events outside our control.

Delays

If shipment is delayed beyond the original estimate, we may notify you and provide an updated delivery window.

Where required by law, you may cancel an undelivered order for a refund.

Delays do not automatically entitle customers to refunds, replacements, or chargebacks.

Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

Once transferred to the carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s operations.

We will reasonably assist with investigations but cannot guarantee carrier performance.

Reshipments or replacements may be offered at our discretion.

Customs & Duties

Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

Incorrect Addresses or Refused Deliveries

Returned or refused shipments may be subject to reshipping fees or partial refunds minus shipping costs.


12. Personal Use Only / No Resale

Products are for personal use only.

Resale or redistribution without written permission is prohibited.

Orders suspected of resale may be canceled.


13. Electronic Communications & Marketing Consent

By providing your email or phone number, you consent to receive transactional and marketing communications, including SMS.

Message and data rates may apply.

Consent is not required for purchase.

Opt out anytime via unsubscribe or STOP.


14. Testimonials & Marketing

Testimonials and before/after results reflect individual experiences only.

Results vary and are not guaranteed.


15. Intellectual Property

All website content and branding are owned by the Company and may not be reproduced without permission.


16. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

You agree to contact us before initiating any chargeback.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension, collections, or legal action.

We reserve the right to contest disputes.


17. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including health outcomes or shipping delays.


18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from claims arising from misuse of products or violations of these Terms.


19. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including carrier disruptions, customs delays, supplier shortages, natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions.


20. Dispute Resolution, Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

Informal Resolution

You agree to contact support and attempt resolution for 30 days before filing any claim.

Binding Arbitration

All disputes shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association.

Jury Waiver

YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.

Class Action Waiver

Claims must be brought individually and not as part of any class or representative action.

Location

Arbitration shall occur remotely or in Delaware at the Company’s election.

Small Claims

Either party may bring qualifying claims in small claims court.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware.

This section survives termination.

We use third-party tools for payments, subscriptions, analytics, and marketing. By using our site, you consent to related data practices.


22. Modifications
