This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed with Mitanova are processed, shipped, and delivered.

Mitanova is a trade name (DBA) of Atlas Independent Holdings LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of Delaware.

By placing an order, you agree to this Shipping Policy.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within approximately 2–5 business days.

Processing time may be longer during:

holidays
high order volume periods
promotions
inventory delays
carrier disruptions

Orders are not considered shipped until tracking information is provided.


Delivery Estimates (Not Guaranteed)

Most deliveries arrive within approximately 7–15 business days after shipment.

All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Actual delivery times may vary due to:

carrier operations
customs inspections
international transit
weather events
seasonal demand
supply chain disruptions
events beyond our control

Delays do not automatically entitle customers to refunds, replacements, or chargebacks.


Shipping Delays

If an order is delayed beyond the original estimate, we may provide an updated delivery timeframe.

Where required by applicable law, customers may have the option to cancel an undelivered order for a refund.

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities.


International Shipping

We ship internationally from our fulfillment partners.

For international orders:

customs clearance times vary
additional delays may occur
delivery estimates may be longer

Customers are responsible for:

customs duties
taxes
import fees
local regulations or restrictions

Failure to pay required customs charges may result in returned or abandoned shipments.


Tracking

Tracking information is provided once your order ships.

Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier and may occasionally be delayed or inaccurate.


Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

Once a shipment is transferred to the carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier.

If your package is:

delayed
marked delivered but not received
lost in transit

We will reasonably assist you in working with the carrier to investigate.

However:

carrier performance cannot be guaranteed
we are not responsible for carrier delays or losses
reshipments or replacements may be offered at our discretion


Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to:

incorrect address
incomplete address
failed delivery attempts
refusal to accept delivery

We may:

charge reshipping fees, or
issue a partial refund minus shipping and handling costs


Refused or Abandoned Shipments

If a shipment is refused, abandoned, or not claimed:

original shipping costs are non-refundable
additional fees may apply
refunds, if any, are issued at our discretion


Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately depending on inventory availability.

No additional shipping charges apply for split shipments.


Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

carrier disruptions
customs inspections
natural disasters
pandemics
labor shortages
supplier issues
government actions
geopolitical events
internet or platform outages

In such cases, delivery times may be extended.
